A big part of my process is getting under the skin of the work, never simply ticking a box. Whether leading the team or being a core part of it, I take a lot of joy in working closely with colleagues and clients, expertly navigating the balance between finding the most effective and cost-efficient design solutions, but all the while and whatever the project – never compromising on creativity.
